    Teach, demo or present. Pause and resume any time; the live REC timer keeps you posted. Optionally add microphone voice-over.

    Press Stop & Save, review the recording in the player, then download it as a video file.

Frequently asked questions

Why doesn't this work on my phone?

Mobile browsers block screen capture for privacy. Use any desktop/laptop browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox). On phones, the built-in system screen recorder is the right tool instead.

How do I record sound from a video/tab playing?

Choose 'Chrome Tab' in the picker and tick 'Share tab audio'. Whole-screen capture including system sound works on Windows Chrome/Edge.

Where is my recording saved while I record?

Only in this tab's memory. If you close the tab before downloading, it's gone — so download as soon as you stop. There is deliberately no cloud copy.

How big is a 10-minute recording?

Roughly 50–150MB depending on screen motion. Run it through our Video Compressor afterwards if you need to email or WhatsApp it.
